Shelby's Senior Portrait

Shelby was another senior portrait who wasn't keen to smile.  Luckily, serious suits her.  With her bright red shirt and lips, she really highlighted the fall colors in the background.

Matt's Senior Portrait Session

I met Matt and his mother on a very very chilly morning at Shevelin Park.  It was bitterly cold.  Luckily, Matt managed to look warm and we had a ton of great photos to choose from.   He chose the photo on the right for his yearbook picture.

Andrew's Senior Portraits

Andrew was not excited to get his senior portraits taken.  The few incredulous smiles I got were after sarcastic comments.  Luckily, he was athletic, and we were able to run all around Shevelin park and take advantage of the stormy lighting.  Andrew even dared to climb on a log over a river and he lept over.   At the end of the shoot Andrew was surprised that it had already been an hour.  I think that might have been the highest compliment I have ever received.

Austin's Senior Portrait

When you are as photogenic as Austin, you don't need a full hour.  We managed to fit a few family shots for their Christmas cards, and a few brother-sister portraits, and a couple of just his younger sister.

Austin is passionate about theater, which might be why every photograph looks like a great headshot.   We were in Shevelin park right before it started pouring down freezing rain, meaning we had some beautiful diffused light.
